How do I return an order?

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns: We offer a 60-day return policy starting from the date of purchase.

If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We now accept used returns if you are unhappy with your purchase, but we require photographic evidence of any product or damaged goods.

We cannot accept the return if you do not have photographic evidence of any damages.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still need to receive your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us on our help page.

Sale items: Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please don't hesitate to contact us on our help page for return instructions and queries.

Gifts: If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping: To return your product, please don't hesitate to contact us on our help page for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. If you are shipping an item over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.
