  • Can I cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it approximately one hour after it is placed. However, you can only do so if you contact us during office hours (9 AM - 5 PM). If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders over £35.

  • I am experiencing issues with tracking my package?

    In some situations, the carrier may take 1-2 business days to register your cargo status. If your tracking number is not updating or working, please get in touch with us, and we will look into it.

  • I am experiencing problems with my purchase?

    While we are not liable for lost, detained, or damaged packages, we still want you to have the most incredible experience possible with us. If you have any problems, please get in touch with us, and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

  • I need to change my shipping address?

    If you've just ordered and need help, please contact us ASAP. If your order is already fulfilled, our team can no longer make any adjustments. We recommend placing a new order so it can be sent to the correct address.
